(Trying to) Install NVIDIA driver on ASUS Zenbook Fedora

It did not work because I could not disable intel video chipset in my uefi bios. :(
I went through the entire process documented at if not true then false but the final result after reboot was a black screen with a running GDM. I believe it is because the intel video was interfering. I saw a quick couple of error lines saying it could find some card, but got nothing.
ah well, back to nouveau and intel.
